This naturally process coffee comes from Finca Doña Débora, located in the El Carrizal Plátanos, Corquin region of Honduras. This small batch lot produced by Benjamin (third generation family owner) comprises the Pacamara varietal; a hybrid of both the Pacas and Maragogipe. Although its yield production is low, the quality is exceptionally high. With an intense and complex aroma, this coffee has incredible sweetness, an elegant winey acidity, and a creamy texture. Beginning with notes of Tropical Fruits, it transitions to a sweet finish of Butterscotch and Milk Chocolate.
